Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

  • Partner with business leaders to provide strategic and operational decision-making support through financial analysis
    財務分析を通じて経営層の戦略的・業務的意思決定を支援

  • Contribute to annual budgets and mid-to-long-term business plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
    年次予算および中長期経営計画の策定に部門横断で貢献

  • Lead FP&A processes in Japan and align with global headquarters
    日本におけるFP&Aプロセスを主導し、グローバル本社と連携

  • Track performance against budget, provide reporting and reviews to management
    予算実績を管理し、経営陣にレポートやレビューを提供

  • Manage consolidated forecasts including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
    損益計算書、貸借対照表、キャッシュフローを含む予測を管理

  • Provide actionable analysis to support revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency
    収益成長、コスト最適化、業務効率化を支援する分析を提供

  • Enhance financial literacy across operating teams through education and partnership
    各部門への教育や協働を通じて財務理解を向上

  • Improve forecasting systems and reporting processes

Qualifications / 応募資格

Required / 必須条件

  • 5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in manufacturing, logistics, or multi-line businesses
    FP&A実務経験5年以上（製造業、物流、多角経営企業での経験が望ましい）

  • 1–2 years of corporate/divisional finance experience including P&L forecasting and cash flow management
    企業または事業部での財務経験1〜2年以上（損益予測、キャッシュフロー管理等）

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to deliver strategic insights
    高い分析力と戦略的示唆を導く能力

  • Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring
    予算策定、予測、業績管理の実務経験

  • Financial modeling skills and project financial assessment experience
    財務モデリングおよびプロジェクト収益性評価の経験

  • Advanced Excel proficiency
    Excelの高度なスキル

  • Knowledge of US GAAP and JGAAP
    US GAAPおよびJGAAPの理解

  • Business-level English (spoken and written)
