  • Collaborate with CoEs and the wider APAC HR team to design and deliver the implementation of both HR and business programs and initiatives in areas such as Talent Acquisition, Reward, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Performance Management and Change Management.

  • Review total compensation strategies and evaluate employee pay levels and benefit plans to ensure we are competitive in the market and will attract and retain talent

  • Ensure appropriate legal and regulatory compliance and code of conduct. Promulgate employee work rules in compliance with the local labor law revisions.

  • Manage HR risk elements and take lead on employee relation issues.

  • Function as a trusted HR professional for both employees and management by playing the role of a coach towards people managers, and career/development towards employees.



  • Proven experience in senior HR roles in multi-national, complex business environments

  • Experience to serve “retail business/organization” is desirable.

  • Experience and knowledge of Japanese legislation and policies, including first-hand knowledge of best practices with a track record of implementing successful initiatives

  • Great leadership and relationship management that delivers results through effective teamwork
