HR and Accounting Officer

What Will I Be Doing?
Implement onboarding and offboarding procedures, including contracts, insurance, system setup, and email accounts
Handle annual insurance and income tax procedures for all employees
Manage payroll and commission calculations
Maintain the HR system to ensure all employee information, working hours, and leave requests are accurately updated
Lead recruitment activities
Ensure company procedures comply with employment rules and regulations, updating related policies when needed
Support HR‑related projects
Identify and resolve issues related to compensation and benefits
Manage office administration
Support finance tasks and company payment processing

The Ideal Candidate
3+ years of HR experience
Positive mindset, adaptable, able to work independently
Experience documenting HR processes and identifying improvement opportunities
Excellent communication skills
Strong command of both Japanese and English
High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines across multiple tasks
