【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Support the global HR team with the management and administration of the Success Factors system
Work closely with the internal HR team and lead project management for onboarding, recruiting, goals/performance
Implement business requirements into the system configuration
Work with HR team and raise reports for stakeholders
Lead vendors, resolve issues and understand the system upgrades
Collaborate with IT and other teams
【REQUIREMENTS】
Business level of Japanese and English skill
Previous HR/HRIS tech experience with SAP
Strong project management skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Be aware of corporate and employee needs
