Position Overview:
Assist the e-commerce team with various administrative and operational tasks such as managing sales data, coordinating stock transfers, maintaining website content, and handling customer service inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Process purchase orders for Amazon by verifying merchants, confirming available stock, creating stock transfer orders (STO) in SAP, and providing feedback to Vendor Central.
Generate invoices in Amazon Vendor Central for billing purposes.
Restock inventory for all marketplaces as directed by the e-commerce merchandiser.
Register goods transfers and process returned items in SAP.
Upload weekly sales data into SAP accurately and on schedule.
Gather data for e-commerce reports using vendor tools provided by marketplaces.
Maintain data quality, accuracy, and consistency across multiple data sources.
Update and manage product information on various e-commerce platforms according to site manager instructions.
Respond promptly and resolve customer inquiries related to after-sales service.
Expected Outcomes:
Timely stock replenishment to avoid missed sales opportunities.
Accurate and prompt purchase order processing.
Timely and precise processing of accounts receivable.
Scheduled and accurate transfer and processing of goods in SAP.
On-time uploading of sales data to SAP.
Correct and timely updates of product information across all e-commerce sites.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Proficiency with PC tools, especially Excel.
Strong data entry and validation skills.
Experience with SAP systems.
Excellent attention to detail.
Open-mindedness and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Experience:
Minimum of two years’ experience in e-commerce roles, preferably supporting brands or online marketplaces.
Experience with fashion brands, particularly footwear, is an advantage.
Intermediate English reading and writing skills.
