Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
About the Role
The HR Business Partner will work closely with people leaders to strengthen employee engagement, build an inclusive workplace, and drive talent strategies aligned with business goals. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor, providing strategic HR guidance, and partnering with leaders to address organizational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement:
Advise and collaborate with managers to foster an inclusive culture and improve engagement across the workforce. Analyze engagement data and trends, identify root causes, and co-develop action plans to improve retention, satisfaction, and productivity.Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (IDE):
Apply IDE principles to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in HR policies and workplace practices. Partner with leaders and relevant teams to implement strategies that strengthen a culture of belonging.Performance Management:
Guide managers through goal-setting, ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans. Support annual performance review processes and ensure best practices are followed.Employee Relations:
Advise on HR policy interpretation, best practices, and risk mitigation. Coach leaders in handling employee relations matters and collaborate with HR specialists when workplace investigations are needed.Workforce Planning:
Support leaders in anticipating future talent needs and aligning workforce plans with business objectives. Provide guidance during staffing changes, acquisitions, restructures, and organizational assessments. Analyze workforce data to inform decisions and optimize resource allocation.Talent Management:
Equip managers with tools and skills for selecting, developing, and retaining top talent. Partner with talent acquisition teams to support hiring decisions. Collaborate on creating and delivering training programs to enhance leadership capabilities.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or related functions
Strong ability to address complex organizational challenges with innovative, data-driven solutions
Experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering results under broad guidelines
Skilled in influencing stakeholders, communicating complex concepts, and negotiating effectively
Comfortable working across teams, regions, and time zones
High attention to detail and a hands-on approach
Preferred Qualifications
Proven success in coaching and influencing leaders
Deep knowledge of organizational design, talent management, employee relations, compensation, and change management
Strong business acumen and project execution skills
Experience working in a global or multi-time zone environment
Willingness to travel up to 15% based on business needs
Proficiency with Oracle HCM or similar HR systems
