This role focuses on the design of high-end interior spaces, including luxury hotels, premium residential developments, and sophisticated office environments. From client briefings and concept development to material selection and custom furniture and lighting design, this position offers a highly creative environment where designers can fully express their vision.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for interior design work across a range of projects, including:

  • Luxury five-star hotels

  • Large-scale real estate development projects in collaboration with major domestic developers

  • High-end residential and premium office interiors

Specific duties include:

  • Client meetings and concept development

  • Space planning, material selection, and furniture/lighting design

  • Preparation of presentation materials, drawings, and renderings

  • Collaboration with overseas teams, including communication via email in English

  • Participation in design workshops utilizing the firm’s in-house materials library

Required Qualifications

Must-Have Requirements

  • Native-level Japanese proficiency for client communication and documentation

  • Experience in at least one of the following:

    • Interior design for luxury or mid-range hotels

    • Interior design for high-end residential or premium office projects

  • English proficiency sufficient for written communication and documentation (spoken fluency not required)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign

  • Previous experience working at an international design studio

  • Knowledge and experience related to FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), including design and specification

業務内容

主な業務内容：

  • クライアントとの打ち合わせ、コンセプト立案

  • 空間計画、マテリアル選定、家具・照明のデザイン

  • プレゼンテーション資料、図面、レンダリングの作成

  • 海外チームとの連携（英語でのメール対応あり）

  • 社内マテリアルライブラリーを活用したデザインワークショップへの参加

応募資格

必須要件

  • 日本語ネイティブレベル（クライアント対応および資料作成が可能な方）

  • 以下いずれかの実務経験をお持ちの方

    • ラグジュアリーまたはミッドレンジホテルのインテリアデザイン経験

    • 高級レジデンスまたはハイエンドオフィスのインテリアデザイン経験

  • 英語でのメール・資料作成が可能なレベル（会話力は必須ではありません）

歓迎要件

  • 海外系デザイン事務所での勤務経験
