Position: Design Director
Job Description:
Oversee project progress and workflow, understanding the coordination sequence between various work stages, and proactively develop plans for timely follow-up.
Serve as a communication bridge by coordinating issues among owners, management companies, internal teams, and external specialists.
Support team members in resolving technical, design, or project management challenges quickly and efficiently.
Assist leadership in department management and contribute to additional tasks as assigned by the company.
Ensure familiarity with the standards and quality expectations of various hotel brands.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. Candidates with international study or work experience are preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in hotel interior design, including at least 3 years in project management, with proven experience leading large-scale projects to completion.
Strong international design sensibility, creativity, and the ability to develop detailed design concepts and schemes.
Exceptional spatial design capability, artistic insight, and the ability to create tailored designs to meet diverse client needs.
Demonstrated experience in project reporting and communication with stakeholders.
