Role Overview
The company is seeking a Finance & Strategy Specialist to join the CFO Office. This role will be deeply involved in corporate planning, financial strategy, investor relations, M&A projects, and IPO preparation. Working closely with the CFO, you will contribute to shaping the company’s overall strategic direction and enhancing corporate value.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations (IR)

Communicate business strategies and financial performance to investors and gather their feedback.

Organize shareholder, board, and executive meetings.

Coordinate with securities firms to support IPO readiness.

Plan and execute financial results briefings.

Engage with venture capital firms, develop equity narratives, and provide strategic recommendations.
M&A and Corporate Strategy

Support the execution of M&A activities and strategic business partnerships.

Develop and implement financial strategies.

Manage post-merger integration processes.
Business Management
-
Prepare and oversee mid-term management plans and annual budgeting.

Track business performance and monitor progress against targets.
Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in corporate planning, business management, or investor relations within a company.
Preferred Qualifications

Business-level English proficiency.

Experience in IT, consulting, trading, or high-growth venture environments.

Experience handling subsidiaries, investment management, or M&A-related projects.

Compensation & Work Conditions
