【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
This person will be responsible for managing and improving IT solutions in the Japan market.
Develop and strengthen relationships with key users
Provide adequate resources and solutions to meet business requirements
Liaise with business and IT teams to manage project requirements
Create and submit risk assessment reports and manage incidents and service requests
Implement agreed changes as stated by documented procedures
Manage vendors and suppliers and monitor operations to maintain the quality of delivery
Develop and maintain required interfaces with other applications
Arrange performance reports for management
Ensure IT security and compliance
Define the Application Systems life cycle roadmap and improve business coverage
【REQUIREMENTS】
Over 6 years of experience in developing and implementing ERP, CRM, and BI
Experience in pharma industry or other regulated industry, a plus
Experience working for a global organization
Experience in developing and maintaining written SOPs for ERP and IT systems and processes
Able to work across businesses and functions
Vendor/external resource management experience
iScala experience, a plus
Team management experience, a plus

【応募資格・条件】
ERP、CRM、およびBIの開発と実装における6年以上の経験
製薬業界またはその他の規制業界での経験、望ましい
グローバル組織で働いた経験
ERPおよびITシステムとプロセスの書面によるSOPの開発経験
他ビジネスおよびチームと連携して働くことができる方
ベンダー/外部リソース管理の経験
iScalaの経験、望ましい
チーム管理の経験、望ましい
