To deliver truly first-class service, we are seeking an Assistant IT Manager who can implement new systems, strengthen security, and set exceptional operational standards. You will ensure our teams have the tools and support they need right at their fingertips.
▼ What You Will Be Doing
Every day is different, but your key responsibilities include:
Serving as the primary contact for all computer hardware servicing, ensuring systems are properly installed, functioning efficiently, and providing regular reports to senior leadership
Staying up to date with approved systems and technologies—including LAN, POS, and other operational platforms
Maintaining performance of both hardware and software, upholding physical and digital security standards, and evaluating vendor proposals
Conducting knowledge-sharing and training sessions for hotel staff to enhance IT awareness and capabilities
Protecting IT infrastructure from cyberthreats and ensuring compliance with security standards
▼ What We Need From You
Diploma or vocational certificate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in computer setup and troubleshooting
Working knowledge of networks, operating systems, and databases
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Knowledge of PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards)
Excellent communication skills
A proactive, responsible, hardworking team player who can perform under pressure
