They are now hiring for multiple new members who can handle a versatile role in project management, implementation support and customer success, including some pre-sales activities.
You will be supporting clients with IT projects in both downstream and upstream processes, including beginning phase of product definition requirements and design planning, up until testing, implementation, consultation, and user support if necessary (maintenance).
Attend client-meetings or partners to discuss requirements
Plan and design product based on requirements
Manage product implementation process
Acquire and analyse various data for functional improvements
Provide post-implementation support for the client, whether its customizing product, trouble shooting, training, and proposing usage methods
Native Japanese or close-to-Native (for customer communication) and some English (for internal communication)
Good knowledge of Office 365 or G Suite
Customer-facing experience, negotiation and problem-solving skills, and great communication skills to speak with staff and external partners of all levels
Project management in IT and/or involvement in downstream and/or upstream processes - requirements definition and design planning, design execution, development, testing and implementation
Passion for technology
Good to have:
Experience in IT Industry in for example: account management, IT consulting, System Integration, SaaS vendor, CRM systems, cloud services
General knowledge of programming
