【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

  • Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets for MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions within the Japanese market.

  • Lead sales initiatives locally, coordinating with global and regional teams as well as strategic partners.

  • Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure effective solution implementation.

  • Offer expert guidance on MES systems, applying technical expertise and knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

  • Collaborate across departments to maintain alignment and deliver customer value.

  • Represent the company at industry events or in relevant professional organizations as needed.

  • Keep internal systems up to date with accurate information on sales opportunities, quotes, schedules, and invoices.

【REQUIREMENTS】 

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline—or equivalent hands-on experience.

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, consulting, or technical roles involving MES, DCS, ERP, LIMS, eQMS, SCADA, or systems used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

【WELCOME SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE】

  • Solid knowledge of IT systems used in pharmaceutical production environments.

  • Proven experience in preparing bids, responding to RFPs/RFIs, developing URS documents, and leading commercial proposal efforts.

  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and business process software specific to the life sciences industry.
