You will join the Global Sales Operations & Network department, an international team driving end‑to‑end sales operations and collaborating closely with global partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The team is hiring two Global Fleet Sales professionals to support Key Account Management and Direct Export Sales—covering international tenders, ODA projects, UN direct sales, and global fleet clients.

Job Responsibilities
As an International Sales – Key Account Staff, you will support global key account activities and help drive major international business opportunities.
Account & Client Management
Manage and expand relationships with global key accounts
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients in Japanese and English
Visit overseas clients and participate in international exhibitions/conferences
Localize and implement global sales strategies with regional teams
Lead negotiations for large-scale international projects
Business Development & Sales Execution
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor data
Identify business opportunities and prepare tailored sales proposals
Ensure compliance with international regulations during negotiations
Support direct sales programs including ODA and governmental projects
Reporting & Strategic Planning
Prepare sales forecasts, KPI reports, and performance analyses
Provide detailed market / competitor insights to internal stakeholders
Requirements
Must-Have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields
1–2 years of experience in sales, customer success, client support, or similar roles
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel internationally
Strong interest in mobility, logistics, and international business
Understanding of fleet management, leasing, or logistics
Business-level Japanese and English
Desirable
Experience in automotive, transportation, logistics, or mobility industries
Experience working in diverse, cross-functional teams
Knowledge of sustainability trends, EVs, and fleet electrification
General Information
Work Location: Kawasaki, Kanagawa (company shuttle available; 10-minute walk from nearest station)
Work Style: Flexible hours (8:00–17:00 / 9:00–18:00), no core time, hybrid work policy
Holidays: 121 days/year + paid vacation + special leave (maternity, childcare, nursing, etc.)
Compensation: Salary based on experience + robust allowances (commuting, mobile work, housing, overtime, childcare, DC pension, etc.)
Bonuses: Twice a year
Transportation: Car, bicycle, and motorbike commuting permitted
