Responsible for planning and delivering tailor-made training in-line with LGS needs & co-work w/ account manager
Working with Account Manger to ensure that training needs are met and performance enhanced by ABO
Co-developing “train the trainer” program with ABO and support “ABO trainers”
Organizing training programs and curriculum based on the learning solutions strategy
Delivering training contents, company/product information at Company Sponsored meeting, LOS meetings for ABO
Facilitation at Instructor-led training event (sABO M1-4, etc.)
Knowledge of coaching, leadership/group building
Knowledge and familiar of digital training delivery methods
Prepares self, materials, and facilities to effectively deliver the training program in a way that meets ABO' needs
Ensures that training delivery methods and materials reflect latest specifications and to obtain information on new processes and equipment, as necessary.
Manages and adjusts the learning experience to ensure ABOs achieve the training's objectives.
Marketing Plan but also ABOs behavior, emotion and learning phase and journey.
Company business knowledge, sales & marketing plan, compliance, brands and products
General knowledge of instructional design
