Within our food delivery business, the sales department introduces new services, supports store openings, and develops promotional programs with franchise and brand partners to expand customer choice and drive growth. The Account Management Team Leader will oversee the sales team, execute strategic plans, and ensure sustainable business growth by supporting partners and developing the team.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the sales/account management team
Define and execute sales strategies to achieve team goals
Analyze market trends, partner performance, and customer insights to drive business opportunities
Provide consulting and performance analysis for franchisees across regions and channels
Support store openings and ongoing operations with a hands-on, field-driven approach
Requirements
8+ years of experience in B2C and B2B partnerships
2+ years of experience in a team leadership role
Strong background in direct sales across diverse products or services
Proven ability to identify problems, think strategically, and deliver solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing and implementing execution strategies with measurable impact
Strong analytical skills and ability to generate actionable insights
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
