  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand staffing needs, define role criteria, and develop targeted sourcing strategies.

  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through direct sourcing, employee referrals, job boards, and external partnerships.

  • Deliver a positive candidate experience that aligns with the company’s brand and core values.

  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems.

  • Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Work alongside regional and global HR teams to ensure recruitment practices align with overall corporate standards.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a high-growth startup, SaaS, or technology environment.

  • Proven ability to recruit talent across various functions and levels of seniority.

  • Strong knowledge of the Japanese talent landscape and local recruitment practices.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

  • Fluency in Japanese and business-level English, both written and spoken.

  • Based in Tokyo or willing to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with in-house recruiting in PropTech, real estate, or B2B SaaS industries.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits.

  • A strategic recruiting role with organizational visibility.

  • The chance to develop and shape the talent strategy in Japan from the ground up.

  • Centrally located Tokyo office and a flexible, collaborative work environment.

  • A mission-driven culture supported by global investors and strong growth prospects.
