【THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES 】
Purchase behaviors and communication to the consumers are greatly changing in the watch market in Japan, which result in a constant change in the distribution. The brand is also is shifting its wholesale oriented distribution to direct retail business and EC. This shift calls for versatile touchpoint with the target consumer segments and also for a reinforced digital communication.
Marketing manager is a key role of our brand division to ensure the brand presence is constant and effective across the marketing activities, and to lead to a successful business.
The role’s prime goal is to maximize the business by leading the team of 2-3 members, making communication plans across the complexed touchpoints in advertisement, promotions and in distribution. The activities need to be consistent with the global plans provided by the brand HQ, thus this position requires a close communication with the HQ in Europe. It is also a cross-divisional role, requiring further communication with Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, IT, Legal and local management
【REQUIREMENTS 】
BA or similar education
3 or more years of experience of marketing manager in the field of added-value consumer goods.
Experience in versatile marketing activities; advertisement, sales promotions, digital marketing etc.
Experience in working for a global company or in an international business that require daily communication in English.
Presentation and reporting; documentation using MS software, presentation to the internal and external partners
