[RESPONSIBILITIES]

  • Responsible for overall planning and operations of the merchant/store (post-sales)

  • Identifies areas for improvement in merchant/store onboarding, online, retention, and operational performance.

  • Plans and operates mid- to long-term growth for merchants/stores

  • Create and present reports, dashboards, or presentations to communicate daily/weekly business actions and improve productivity

  • Analyze, develop, and recommend strategies to improve account management productivity

 

[REQUIREMENTS]

  • Fluent level+ Japanese (N1) and English communication proficiency would be required

  • 5~10+ years of related experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to plan, be alert, and resolve unexpected problems quickly and efficiently

  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently

  • Strong communication, organization, and planning skills

  • Strong analytical skills, using a combination of tools

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize

  • Excellent time management
