[RESPONSIBILITIES]
Responsible for overall planning and operations of the merchant/store (post-sales)
Identifies areas for improvement in merchant/store onboarding, online, retention, and operational performance.
Plans and operates mid- to long-term growth for merchants/stores
Create and present reports, dashboards, or presentations to communicate daily/weekly business actions and improve productivity
Analyze, develop, and recommend strategies to improve account management productivity
[REQUIREMENTS]
Fluent level+ Japanese (N1) and English communication proficiency would be required
5~10+ years of related experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to plan, be alert, and resolve unexpected problems quickly and efficiently
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Strong communication, organization, and planning skills
Strong analytical skills, using a combination of tools
Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent time management
