Senior Manager, Merchant Account Management

[OVERVIEW]

Senior Manager, Merchant Account Management is a team leader who oversee our major Merchants. In addition to the ability to analyze various data, the position requires flexible judgment to understand and execute the field. The position must have organizational management capabilities and be able to establish and achieve team OKRs. 

 

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

  • Manage Merchant network

  • Data analysis and management to achieve Rocket Now's sales goals

  • Merchants Growth Planning and Operation

  • Handle complex projects with Merchants

  • Discuss and collaborate on strategic sales activities with relevant departments

  • Decision-making for internal/external critical issues

 

[REQUIREMENTS]

  • Minimum 10 years of sales/account management experience

  • Minimum 3 years of Team Lead/Management experience

  • Can manage multiple complex projects

  • Excellent ability to analyze

    data and come up with directions

  • Passionate about continuously improving and growing existing processes or policies.

  • Great communications skills in Japanese and English
