Role Summary:
This position plays a vital role in promoting personalized services such as Made-to-Measure (MTM), VIP Services, and Styling—key offerings that set the brand apart. The role aims to enhance brand prestige through a high-touch, tailored customer experience dedicated to VIP clientele. Based in Tokyo, the person in this role will travel frequently across Japan, serving as both an individual contributor and team collaborator—delivering a seamless, luxurious service experience that reflects the brand's values.
Key Responsibilities:
1. VIP Events & MTM Promotions
Host and attend MTM and VIP events, ensuring top-tier execution and customer satisfaction
Offer expert styling advice during all events
Support planning and coordination of bespoke events and fittings throughout the year
Collaborate with retail and CRM teams to define target customers and product strategy for each event
Assist with event planning and participation in coordination with marketing teams
2. Business Development
Actively promote the brand and grow the MTM business by strengthening brand positioning and building long-term customer relationships
Support and coordinate MTM Promoters’ monthly plans
Partner with business development staff to organize events with external partners including department stores, luxury brands, real estate companies, and professional networks
Monitor and analyze competitors’ MTM offerings, customer trends, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics
3. Styling Leadership
Co-lead the planning and execution of styling events, services, and training sessions in cooperation with relevant internal stakeholders
Deliver tailored shopping and styling experiences for VIP clients, both in-store and off-site
Maintain accurate profiles for VIP clients using CRM tools
Stay up to date on fashion trends and serve as an ambassador of classic and contemporary style
Educate clients on fashion principles and product features
4. Training & Team Development
Provide MTM and service training to store managers and staff to strengthen service quality nationwide
Serve as a communication bridge between HQ and field teams for feedback and market insights
Work with HR and training teams to develop and implement service training programs
Assist in planning and executing styling training for retail teams focused on client engagement and service delivery
Coordinate styling-related activities, including internal knowledge-sharing through blogs or events
Engage and grow the internal styling community
5. Client Relations & Operational Support
Support local store teams in identifying and engaging potential VIP clients through social and business networks
Develop and execute strategies to grow VIP clientele
Analyze performance data and contribute to business reviews with MTM Analysts
Provide daily operational support in communication between stores and HQ—especially related to order processing, logistics, and special requests
Facilitate store operations and business analysis for MTM sales
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Works closely with teams in Retail, Marketing, CRM, VM, CD, HR, as well as MTM Promoters, Sommelier teams, and Store Managers.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Deep knowledge of MTM and luxury fashion products
Strong coaching and training experience
Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
High passion for fashion, styling, and luxury trends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Impeccable personal presentation
Fluent in English
Strong understanding of luxury lifestyle, including dining, art, cars, watches, and fine wines
Knowledgeable about global and current events
