Overseas Sales – Network Strategy & Project Specialist
Role Overview
A global mobility and transportation company is seeking a professional to support international sales network operations and strategic initiatives. This role serves as a central coordinator across multiple internal teams to ensure the effective execution of network-related programs and projects.
The position focuses on governance, program management, cross-functional collaboration, and performance monitoring to support the expansion and optimization of international sales networks.
Key Responsibilities
Governance and Planning
Coordinate operational planning processes across multiple network teams.
Facilitate regular planning meetings, status updates, and steering sessions to ensure alignment across teams.
Consolidate project roadmaps, performance targets, and resource plans while maintaining visibility of key milestones and dependencies.
Program and Project Management
Oversee the lifecycle of network initiatives from planning through implementation.
Track progress, manage risks and issues, and escalate challenges when necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor contractual and audit-related follow-up activities to ensure timely completion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal departments such as sales, operations, legal, finance, procurement, IT, marketing, compliance, and human resources.
Align project deliverables, budgets, systems, and operational changes across these teams.
Reporting and Performance Monitoring
Prepare regular reports for senior management on project progress and key initiatives.
Monitor and analyze performance indicators such as network expansion, partner onboarding timelines, audit resolution progress, and contract renewals.
Provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Standards and Compliance Coordination
Align consulting and audit activities with network initiatives.
Track audit findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to ensure consistent implementation of operational standards across the network.
Change Management and Communication
Support organizational change related to network initiatives by preparing communication materials, training plans, and stakeholder updates.
Assist internal teams and external partners in adopting new processes and standards.
Process and Tool Improvement
Enhance internal workflows, templates, and operational playbooks.
Manage collaboration and reporting tools such as internal document platforms or business intelligence systems.
Qualifications
Required
Approximately 7+ years of professional experience in sales, aftersales, marketing, or network management functions.
Experience working within the automotive, commercial vehicle, or related mobility industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
Strong project coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Business-level English proficiency.
Preferred
Experience supporting international sales networks or global business operations.
Prior leadership or team coordination experience.
Advanced degree such as an MBA or equivalent.
Language Requirements
English: Fluent or business-level proficiency required.
Japanese: Business-level proficiency preferred.
