  • Coordinates various pre-sales activity, such as interest checks, via emails and phone calls

  • Collects and reports general information about the chemical industry to internal teams

  • Maintains good relations with client company representatives, including regular email communication and occasional in-person visits

  • Identifies client needs or requests and inform internal teams about any necessary action to be taken

  • Follows up with clients on any required data, documents or other missing information

  • Conducts platform demos, including at trade exhibitions attended by our company, as well as customer onboarding, training and post-sales support

  • Works on other small projects as and when needed



  • 1- 5 years experience in sales operations; prior experience in a SaaS company or chemicals-related company preferred but not essential

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; science or chemistry background preferred but not essential

  • Native-level command of spoken and written Japanese, including formal business language

  • Working-level command of spoken and written English
