Work with a dedicated product line in the aerospace sector, providing technical support, maintenance documentation, and reliability improvements for customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; prepare supporting documentation.
    技術的問題のトラブルシューティングと関連文書作成

  • Create and validate maintenance procedures and bulletins.
    保守手順書・技術通達の作成・検証

  • Lead custom/repair design projects in collaboration with technical teams.
    カスタム設計・修理設計プロジェクトの主導

  • Respond to customer technical inquiries on product design and maintenance.
    製品設計・保守に関する顧客からの技術的問い合わせ対応

  • Conduct site visits for technical updates, service bulletin validation, and on-site assistance.
    技術更新、現地検証、オンサイト支援のための顧客訪問

  • Analyze fleet statistics (availability, reliability, maintainability) and prepare reports.

  • Support product recovery and improvement initiatives through data analysis.

Requirements / 応募条件

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Aeronautical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
    工業・航空・機械・電気工学または同等資格の学士・修士

  • 2–5 years’ experience in engineering, maintenance, or production.
    エンジニアリング・保守・製造分野での2〜5年の経験

  • Knowledge of civil aviation regulations (e.g., EASA).
    民間航空規制（例：EASA）の知識

  • Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, SAP.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

  • Fluent English; Japanese skills preferred.
