【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Manage a portfolio of projects (in-flight and pipeline) and lead the project team by setting targets and motivating the team
End to end project management including:
Business requirement gathering and documentation
Project planning (Scoping, Scheduling, Budgeting)
Project status monitoring and tracking
Facilitate execution and testing
Facilitate project roll-out, post release verification and closure reporting
Create project baselines and managing constraints, communicating and resolving project issues, and getting the resources working on project activities
Identify, assess and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
Review baseline processes and and implement improvements in the project management lifecycle
Ensure projects are following PM guidelines provided
Location: Roppongi Itchome area
【REQUIREMENTS】
Mandatory:
Bachelor or postgraduate degrees with a major in computer science, finance or relevant subjects
3+ years experience in documenting business and functional requirements
3+ years experience in IT project management domain including management of large scale business critical projects
Knowledge and experience in Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
Strong knowledge in ICT domain (Infrastructure, application development, or security)
Hands-on experience in project management tools
Self motivated with Can-do attitude
Business level of either Japanese or English
Desirable:
IT and Project management professional certifications
Experience in managing projects in cross-cultural environment
Experience in FINTECH project management
Knowledge on ITIL and/or CMMI processes
Knowledge of business/solution architecture concepts
