【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Managing the technical and disciplinary aspects of the project, collaborating closely with the customer to plan project milestones.
Taking the lead on a global Cross Functional Team (CFT) and overseeing the implementation of the Product Development Process (PDP) for the designated project.
Ensuring adherence to quality and security systems and standards through ongoing monitoring.
Facilitating coordination among engineering, product management, quality, supply chain/logistics, and production departments.
Serving as the primary point of contact for presentations and addressing escalations with partners and customers.
Creating and delivering project management reports to the company's managerial level.
Traveling to both customer locations and Molex facilities to ensure a smooth launch for new and existing projects.
【REQUIREMENTS】
3 to 10 years of experience as a project manager with a global focus, particularly in the automotive industry.
Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.
Previous experience collaborating with JOEMs (Japanese Original Equipment Manufacturers) and Tier1 suppliers.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, including destinations such as the Philippines, the United States, China, and Mexico, with an anticipated travel requirement of approximately 25%.
