【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

• Prepare project proposals and quotations

• Actively promote project activities

• Formulate system development plans

• Handle issue, risk and change management of the project

• Design and implement projects

• Support in team building and manage team members

• Execute and promote projects, and OCD management of deliverables

• Create project budgets

【REQUIREMENTS】

• Customer negotiation experience

• Experience in developing and leading project plans/teams of over 3 people

【GOOD TO HAVE】

• Work experience in web systems or native applications

• Experience in system requirements definition and project execution

• Experience in development management on PMBOK or Scrum methodology

• Experience in developing new projects

• Work experience as a product owner or Scrum master

• 顧客との交渉経験

• 3名以上のプロジェクトプラン/チームの開発とリードの経験

【歓迎条件】

• Webシステムまたはネイティブアプリケーションの実務経験

• システム要件定義、プロジェクト遂行の経験

• PMBOKまたはScrumの手法を用いた開発管理の経験

• 新規プロジェクトの開発経験

• プロダクトオーナーまたはスクラムマスターとしての実務経験
