[Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容]

Project Management / プロジェクトマネジメント

• Manage safety information for clinical trials and post-marketing pharmaceuticals
  治験および市販後医薬品に関する安全性情報の管理

• Oversee project progress, quality, revenue, and customer support
  プロジェクトの進捗・品質・収益・顧客対応の管理

• Collaborate with other managers to plan and adjust project work and personnel allocation
  他マネージャーとの協働による業務計画・人員配置の調整

• Monitor and evaluate project status and report to stakeholders
  プロジェクト状況のモニタリング・評価およびステークホルダーへの報告

Team Leadership / チームマネジメント

• Lead a team of ~10 members
  約10名のチームマネジメント

• Assign tasks, provide guidance, and improve team skills and productivity
  業務割当・指導・チームスキルと生産性向上

• Conduct performance evaluations and support career development
  定期的な評価・キャリア開発支援

Client & Global Coordination / クライアント・グローバル対応

• Build and maintain strong client and global team relationships
  クライアント・グローバルチームとの強固な関係構築

• Align with global processes and contribute to organizational expansion

[Requirements / 応募条件]

• Practical & managerial experience in Pharmacovigilance (PV)
  PV（ファーマコビジランス）の実務およびマネジメント経験

• Experience in budget estimation
  予算見積り経験

• Business-level Japanese & English (for client and global communication)
  日本語：ビジネスレベル（会話・読み書き）
  英語：ビジネスレベル（クライアント・グローバル会議対応）

• Standard Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  基本勤務時間：9:00～18:00

• Flexible Time System:
  フレックスタイム制あり

• Start: 7:30 AM – 11:00 AM
  始業時間：7:30～11:00

• End: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  終業時間：16:00～20:00

• Core Time: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  コアタイム：11:00～16:00
