Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products and solutions to customers
Confirm that proposed products and services meet customer system requirements
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical support
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
Assist customers in solving issues when using products and services
Propose new solutions and explain cost-effectiveness
Perform additional duties and follow instructions as assigned by the Japan office
Requirements
Knowledge & Skills
Problem-solving ability, logical thinking, self-starter, multitasking
Willingness to develop technical expertise and continuously learn
Excellent communication skills in Japanese & English
Minimum Qualifications
TOEIC score 600+
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
At least 3 years’ experience in one of the following:
HVAC/refrigeration circuit design
Control system engineering with energy management solutions
Construction management (e.g., subcontractor experience)
Knowledge of fluid dynamics and strong engineering problem-solving skills are a plus.
Work Environment
Standard PC use (Google Workspace, MS Office)
Daily use of office equipment (phones, copiers, printers)
Compliance with confidentiality when visiting client sites
Team-oriented mindset to contribute to a positive work environment
Conditions
Work Style: Full-time, Hybrid (including Work from Home)
Salary: 5–7 million JPY
Working Hours: 09:00 – 18:00
