Responsibilities
We are looking for Enterprise Sales professionals to join our team in tapping into potential client opportunities and growing new business. You will be responsible for leading sales initiatives for our cutting-edge innovation technology solutions in Japan, driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration for targeted industry verticals from scratch.

Key Duties:
Establish a strong pipeline for ByteDance's technology solution suite
Execute Go-to-Market strategies and drive revenue growth
Build and manage strong relationships with prospective clients
Understand industry pain points and provide tailored solutions
Partner with marketing for conferences, seminars, and workshops
Be proactive in problem-solving beyond your area
Support team growth through interviewing and hiring

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5年以上のB2BテクノロジーまたはSaaS営業経験（目標達成の実績あり）
豊富なネットワークと新規開拓スキル
自主性と顧客への強いインパクトを与える情熱
必須条件：
学士号または同等の実務経験
B2Bテクノロジー／SaaS営業経験5年以上（高い達成実績必須）
広範なネットワークと優れた新規開拓能力
自発的に動き、顧客に影響を与える情熱を持つこと
Preferred Qualifications:
Cloud / AI技術（アルゴリズム、CV、データ分析、CDP、DWH）の経験
インターネット、Eコマース、小売、メディア、ICT業界経験
新興市場に関する知識・経験
