Salesforce Project Manager / Technical Architect
Role Overview

A global IT consulting firm is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager / Technical Architect to lead implementation projects for enterprise clients.

The organization delivers Salesforce solutions using a hybrid global delivery model, with project teams distributed between Japan and overseas development centers. As a prime vendor, the company supports clients across the full project lifecycle—from initial strategy and solution design to system implementation and post-deployment support.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to improve business processes and design scalable Salesforce-based systems while leading project delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

  • Analyze and structure client business challenges and recommend Salesforce-based solutions

  • Provide consulting support for business process improvement initiatives

Project Delivery

  • Manage Salesforce implementation projects using agile methodologies

  • Lead project teams consisting of both local and international members

  • Coordinate project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication

Technical Architecture

  • Design system architecture using Salesforce products and platform capabilities

  • Provide technical leadership for Salesforce-based enterprise system development

Project teams may range from small onsite teams (2–3 members) to large international teams (30+ members) depending on project scope.

Requirements

Mandatory

  • Minimum 2 years of Salesforce development experience

  • Experience leading projects or working as a team lead

  • Business-level Japanese communication skills (both verbal and written)

Preferred

  • Development experience with Apex or Lightning Platform

  • Experience working as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Consultant

  • English communication skills

Employment Type

Full-time

Working style may vary depending on job grade and may include discretionary work arrangements.

Compensation

Estimated annual salary: approximately ¥7,200,000 – ¥13,000,000
Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal job grading.

Bonus and salary adjustments may be provided based on performance.

Working Hours

Standard hours: 9:00 – 18:00 (8 hours per day)
Flexible working hours available with a core time system.

本ポジションでは、顧客企業の業務改善提案やシステム構想の立案を行いながら、Salesforce導入プロジェクトの推進を担当していただきます。

主な業務内容

顧客対応

  • 顧客のビジネス課題を整理し、Salesforceを活用したソリューションを提案

  • 業務改善に向けたコンサルティング業務

プロジェクトマネジメント

  • アジャイル開発手法を用いたSalesforce導入プロジェクトの管理

  • 国内外メンバーを含むプロジェクトチームのマネジメント

  • プロジェクト計画・進行管理・ステークホルダーとの調整

テクニカルアーキテクト

  • Salesforce製品を活用したシステムアーキテクチャの設計

  • Salesforce基幹システム開発における技術リード

プロジェクト体制は、少人数のオンサイトチーム（2～3名）から、グローバルメンバーを含む大規模チーム（30名以上）まで様々です。

応募要件

必須条件

  • Salesforce開発経験 2年以上

  • プロジェクトリーダーまたはマネジメント経験

  • ビジネスレベル以上の日本語コミュニケーション能力（会話・ドキュメント）

歓迎条件

  • ApexやLightningプラットフォームでの開発経験

  • Salesforce案件におけるテクニカルアーキテクトまたはコンサルタント経験

  • 英語コミュニケーションスキル

※経験・スキルに応じて決定
