Summary

  • Lead CRM marketing to drive brand loyalty and frequency 

  • Responsible for the quality and consistency of customer data used to drive marketing and retail efforts

  • Develop segmented strategy based on customers' behaviors through analysis

 Job Responsibilities

  • Database management and analysis

    • Monitoring overall maintenance and accuracy of data in the company CRM system and follow the data between CRM and other databases

    • Documenting CRM related policies and procedures and answering questions as they are arise from other departments

    • Lead data analysis (in-house & Agency control) and deliver insights to help business

    • Control related budget with consideration on ROI

  • Omnichannel

    • Co-Lead omnichannel experience evolution based on learnings based on Customer analysis (Events, Retail programs, EC programs, etc)
