Responsible for the quality and consistency of customer data used to drive marketing and retail efforts
Develop segmented strategy based on customers' behaviors through analysis
Job Responsibilities
Database management and analysis
Monitoring overall maintenance and accuracy of data in the company CRM system and follow the data between CRM and other databases
Documenting CRM related policies and procedures and answering questions as they are arise from other departments
Lead data analysis (in-house & Agency control) and deliver insights to help business
Control related budget with consideration on ROI
Omnichannel
Co-Lead omnichannel experience evolution based on learnings based on Customer analysis (Events, Retail programs, EC programs, etc)
