This position reports to the Operations Director, Asia and will be responsible for leading Japan operations to achieve business objectives with optimal resources and cost efficiency. The role requires strong expertise in supply chain management, logistics, S&OP, and vendor management within the cosmetics, fashion, or related industries.

[Responsibilities / 主な業務内容]

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including demand/supply planning, logistics (import, warehousing, distribution), customer service, quality, and regulatory affairs
    需要予測・供給計画、ロジスティクス（輸入・倉庫・配送）、カスタマーサービス、品質管理、薬事関連を含むサプライチェーン全般の統括

  • Chair the S&OP process to maximize sales with optimized inventory and distribution cost
    S&OPプロセスの主導による販売最大化および在庫・配送コストの最適化

  • Partner with HQ Operations and IT teams to ensure process compliance, system design, and workflow efficiency
    本社オペレーション／ITチームとの協働によるプロセス遵守・システム設計・業務効率化

  • Manage inventory levels to maximize availability and fill-rate, while minimizing cost and loss
    在庫管理：高い供給率を維持しつつ、コストとロスを最小化

  • Negotiate supplier and vendor contracts aligned with global policies
    サプライヤー・ベンダー契約の交渉（グローバルポリシー準拠）

  • Set and monitor 3PL performance through KPI tracking and continuous improvements
    3PL業務のKPI設定とモニタリングによる生産性・効率性の向上

  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational process improvements
    コスト削減および業務プロセス改善の機会創出

  • Build relationships with key customers to improve satisfaction and collection efficiency
    主要顧客との関係構築による満足度向上および回収プロセスの効率化

  • Prepare management reports and presentations
    マネジメント向けレポートおよびプレゼン資料の作成

[Requirements / 応募条件]

  • Proven experience in operations management within cosmetics, fashion, or related industries in Japan
    日本国内における化粧品・ファッション等の業界でのオペレーションマネジメント経験

  • Strong industry network in Japan
    業界内ネットワークを有する方

  • Extensive supply chain and S&OP management experience, including SAP usage
    サプライチェーンおよびS&OPマネジメント経験（SAP経験必須）

  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes and project management
    ロジスティクスプロセスおよびプロジェクトマネジメントの知識

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability

  • Assertive and effective communicator, able to influence across functions
