【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

  • Implement and support IT infrastructure projects in accordance with Global IT policies

  • Coordinate with Global IT department via email and conference call

  • Incidents (We call them "tickets." A ticket is issued when an employee raises a problem or request through the system)

  • Mainly, contractors respond to tickets. Weekly meetings are held to check on progress, and to discuss issues that are difficult to resolve or require overseas escalation.

  • The team leader is mainly responsible for responding to those tickets that are difficult to resolve or require overseas escalation (which is rare).

  • User communication (via email) regarding service outages and planned maintenance

  • Process IT-related invoices

 

【REQUIREMENTS】

  • Previous experience in technical or user support

  • At least 3 years of experience working in an internal IT department and have experience in technical/user support.

  • Team leadership experience is a plus.

  • Fluent in both Japanese & English.
