- Responsible to lead the Service business for North Asia including managing operations activities for Test & Measuring instruments over 2 teams in Japan and Korea for Fluke brands.
- Develop and implement service strategies (repair and calibration).
- Coordinate sales service with other departments and serves as a liaison with sales, marketing and manufacturing personnel.
- Develop local policies and procedures for the organizations in the customer service organization (Depot/Admin/Field Tech/Service Sales and Marketing).
- Responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining quality service standards, assuring to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for managing and establishing Authorized Service Providers in the North Asia region to improve local service support to Fluke customers and partners
- Build a strong team through effective selection, coaching, development and performance management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering or similar background
- 10 years working experience as a service leader with cross functional relationship across sales, marketing and customer service
- Strong sense of driving business growth from the perspective of service
- Native Japanese language skill and fluent English skill
