[SUMMARY]

LINE Strategist and contents manager will partner with social analysts, account managers, and content experts on global accounts, such as a mega-star fashion brand or one of the most cutting-edge car brands. Both roles are crucial throughout all our business cycle, from the new business acquisition, managing & retaining, to the greater customer success, aligning with a client’s business challenges with industry expertise to demonstrate compelling strategies, plans, and solutions for clients, with our team.

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

STRATEGIC

  • Client facing: discovery sessions, workshops, and presentations & discussions. Confidently present and articulate the business value of LINE solution to business managers and executives on the client side. Also sometimes works with clients to educate them on the value or the future of LINE itself.

  • Strategy making: in-depth understandings about the platform / tech and feasibility upon it. Keeping in tune with latest functionalities and critical external tools. Not only LINE but also other major social platforms' contents & engagement / campaign trends.

  • Assisting RFPs / pitching opportunities.

SOCIAL/CONTENT

  • Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy, integrated marketing campaigns managing, and growing brands presence through Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LINE, TikTok etc.

  • Manage the distribution of organic content on owned social channels & provide live coverage at key events throughout the year

  • Manage influencer marketing, social led event planning, content partnerships etc

  • Participation in shoots for social content to ensure the shot list is executed

  • Community management – User Interaction with specialized software and related tools

  • Respond to comments when appropriate, in order to foster a positive community

  • Produce social media listening by using measurements tools and engagement reports for internal and external teams. Gather insights to inform campaigns

  • Summarize insights and conversations to create actionable, client-facing reports that lead to optimization.Client facing: discovery sessions, workshops, and presentations & discussions.
