【COMPANY INTRODUCTION】

Leading cancer research company - via advanced analytics, data sets, and proprietary research methods, they fight cancer on a global scale.

The company is now building and enhancing existing systems, improving services and integrations. As they are also developing its own medical device software program, you will take part on working with cutting edge technology with both local and global teams.

【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

  • Project management activities:

    • Time management

    • Coordinate meetings

    • Risk management

    • Problem solving

    • Task management with both internal team and external partners

  • Lead both a cross-functional product development team and joint-project teams to execute project and ensure efficient communication

  • Act as a leader, communicate program updates to both core team and other managers

  • Ensure timely completion of documents required for product design

  • Lead and prepare team for phase reviews and other decisions

  • Lead the program planning process

  • Define program resource needs, negotiate resourcing plans and track resource usage over the course of the program

  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required

【REQUIREMENTS】

  • Business Japanese and business English and great communication skill to interact with staff and partners of all levels

  • 3 years’ software project development management experience, ideally with cloud and web-based back-end development background

  • Projects involving system operations

  • Technical leader-experience or program management (software)

  • Experience working in team environments

  • The ability to collect information from multiple sources, resolve conflicts, and drive an organization to product launch

【GOOD TO HAVE】

  • PMP or similar certification is highly desired

  • Industry experience in medical software/device/biotech
