Position Overview

This position plays a key role in supporting both internal and client-facing projects. Responsibilities include leading business, functional, and application analysis, documenting requirements, and supporting the configuration, implementation, and validation of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document business, functional, and non-functional software requirements.

  • Lead workshops and pilot sessions to define and refine implementation requirements.

  • Perform system configuration and align business processes with software capabilities, especially for pharmacovigilance and drug safety clients.

  • Prioritize and manage system issues and bugs using ticketing platforms (e.g., JIRA).

  • Oversee deployment activities across multiple client projects and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.

  • Review system setups in development and validation environments to ensure alignment with specifications.

  • Approve documentation including Configuration Specs, Requirement Specs, IQ scripts, and UAT scenarios.

  • Support system validation and testing processes in coordination with Quality/Validation leads.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in software deployment and implementation.

  • 4–6 years in team leadership roles within project or deployment settings.

  • 4–6 years of experience in managing client relationships.

  • Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.

  • In-depth understanding of the software development and deployment lifecycle.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

  • Background in pharmacovigilance or drug safety software systems.

  • Experience in consulting or professional services environments is preferred.

Travel Requirements

  • Occasional travel (up to 25%)
