【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】
Develop and research purchase order receipts and damaged claims
Track and trace overseas orders and communicate effectively with the Inventory Supply Chain team
Communicate with HQ, Local teams and other stakeholders
Coordinate with another department to resolve multiple inquiries
Work together with warehouse and freight forwarders about shipments/ lost merchandise etc
Conduct reviews for daily inbound status reports, pre-alerts etc and take appropriate actions
Coordinate transportation daily activity
Support the finance team with necessary reports and follow up
Handle all the outbound shipment
Understand requirements of Japanese Pharmaceutical law
