Planning and Strategy
Develop recruitment strategies tailored to each position.
Conduct intake meetings to align on job descriptions.
Choose and manage appropriate recruitment channels.
Recruitment Execution
Hold casual interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
Support candidates through the hiring process up to onboarding.
Handle internal processes for new hires and liaise with relevant departments.
Track recruitment progress using HRMOS.
Agency Management
Maintain partnerships with around 20 recruitment agencies.
Share updates in regular meetings and lead employer branding efforts.
Manage recruitment costs and evaluate agency/channel performance.
Hiring Operations
Select agencies and request candidate searches.
Organize and conduct office tours.
Finalize hiring terms and conditions.
Temporary Staffing Coordination
Address concerns regarding temporary staff in collaboration with departments and agencies.
Monitor attendance and process staffing invoices.
Contract Employee Promotions
Manage promotion processes and associated fee payments.
Organizational Support
Notify internal teams of staff transfers and update organizational charts monthly.
Keep reporting lines accurate and share changes with related departments.
Requirements
At least 3 years of recruitment experience in a business setting (domestic or international). Background in retail (especially cosmetics) or FMCG preferred.
Proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
Conversational English required; business-level English (TOEIC 800+) preferred.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in HR business partnering or related HR roles in a corporate environment (regardless of company origin).
