About The Team: This team is responsible for managing the operation and providing support for the front-end team of our partnered local agencies. Ensure the performance and partnerships with the stakeholders go smoothly.

[RESPONSIBILITIES]

Responsible for overall operations of the front-end team of local Japan agencies operation. Directly report to GM of Japan.

- Develop the management and support policies for the agency, be in charge of the daily management of the agency, including but not limited to admission, assessment, removal, risk control, etc, ensure the daily operation of the agency, and promote the achievement of performance goals.

- Analyze service indicators, clarify the current situation of the agency's capabilities, set improvement directions and conduct regular reviews, and summarize and output business methodologies.

- Provide continuous support and training to the agency, analyze the agency's team structure, operational efficiency of operators, etc., give reasonable suggestions according to the business development plan, organize and implement agency skills training and empowerment to enhance the agency's combat capabilities.

- Monitor the progress of merchants in various industries, conduct merchant-level matching, with assistance methods including but not limited to: assisting BD offline, one-to-one online matching, online and offline matching meetings, formulating service provider recommendation menus by industry, etc.

- Collaborate with horizontal departments in terms of policies, activities, products, publicity, training, methodologies, etc. Use data-driven and business analysis as accelerators to conduct operational control over service providers, achieve a reasonable match between high-quality merchants and service providers, and ultimately improve the overall GMV of the platform.

 

[REQUIREMENTS]

- Bachelor's degree or above

- 5+ years of work experience in e-commerce, especially in cross-border e-commerce, livestreaming e-commerce, To Business enterprise services, or merchant operation.

- Have strong business development capabilities, be good at business negotiations, and be able to independently achieve and promote external cooperation.

- Have a data-driven mindset, and be able to guide operations through data analysis in aspects such as industry trends, performance evaluation, and project execution.

- Have rich project management experience and cross-departmental collaboration experience, as well as a good team-work spirit.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Be adaptable to an English-speaking work environment, and those with overseas cross-cultural work and living experience are preferred.
