About the Role
We are seeking a talented and driven UI/UX Designer to join our Tokyo office. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Creative and cross-functional teams to lead the design of visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces across a range of digital products. Responsibilities
UI/UX Design Execution:
Create high-quality UI/UX designs aligned with project requirements and brand guidelines for various digital products.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to understand product goals and deliver effective design solutions.
Wireframing & Prototyping:
Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and refine design concepts.
User-Centered Solutions:
Translate user needs and business objectives into clear, functional, and visually appealing interfaces.
Usability Testing Support:
Prepare design assets and support usability testing processes, iterating based on feedback.
Reporting Line:
This position reports to the Head of Creative.
Requirements
2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma
and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
Native-level fluency in Japanese.
Ability to collaborate with other departments and efficiently incorporate feedback.
Keen attention to detail with a strong sense of visual consistency and usability.
Preferred Qualifications
Conversational proficiency in English.
