Position Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Web Manager to lead the evolution and performance of our digital web ecosystem. This role is essential in delivering compelling, user-centric online experiences that drive consumer engagement, conversion, and measurable business results.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of web operations and digital experience—collaborating across marketing, eCommerce, and creative teams to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives and the continuous optimization of our online platforms. The position plays a pivotal role at the intersection of content, commerce, and digital experience, requiring a blend of technical acumen, data-driven thinking, and strong cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive long-term web strategy aligned with broader marketing and commercial goals.

  • Define mid-to-long-term digital engagement roadmaps, including key success metrics and optimization plans.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to drive cross-functional alignment and project execution.

  • Build and refine user journeys tailored to different lifecycle stages, ensuring a seamless and conversion-driven experience.

  • Leverage analytics, A/B testing, and consumer insights to inform design and content decisions.

  • Oversee pre-launch processes including user testing, QA, and UX validation to uphold quality standards.

  • Manage content operations—briefing vendors, coordinating workflows, publishing updates, and ensuring multilingual content accuracy.

  • Ensure digital campaigns are reflected effectively across all web touchpoints with strategic timing and placement.

  • Utilize personalization strategies and marketing automation to increase content relevance and performance.

  • Enhance user experience through multimedia formats such as video, interactive features, and immersive content.

  • Monitor key site performance metrics (speed, responsiveness, user flow) and proactively implement improvements.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to web compliance, user experience, and technical errors.

  • Provide support for evergreen content updates and ad-hoc content changes to respond to evolving business needs.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in digital/web content management, digital marketing, or user experience roles.

  • Expertise in managing enterprise content management systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Magento).

  • Solid understanding of SEO, digital governance, performance marketing, analytics, and personalization.

  • Strong stakeholder management and team collaboration skills; capable of working cross-functionally and cross-culturally.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Experience in managing vendor relationships, project timelines, and digital operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with web platforms tailored for the South Korean market or other culturally diverse APAC regions.

  • Fluency in Korean and proficiency in English (business level).

  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) for effective collaboration with developers.

  • Proven experience in optimizing web journeys based on behavioral data and conversion metrics.
