Will be assigned as account executive for a particular major FS client, focusing on existing engagement and explore new business opportunities within their account.
Expand the CXO relationship, understand their business strategy and challenges, and explore business opportunities through the relationship with client team.
Creating appropriate proposals and solutions with leveraging our global practices, sales, ecosystem partners, and professional networks.
Maintain and improve client satisfaction by following up the existing engagement deliveries and offering value to the client business.
Sell end-to-end services and long-term partnerships with clients to ensure the sustainable growth of the large accounts.
15+ years of working experience in either a major global insurance company as an executive or business/IT leaders, or 15+ years of business development experience at consulting firm and/or global IT service firm.
Long term experience in a Japanese financial institute to understand the client decision-making process and organizational culture and dynamics.
Understand sufficient business, products, industry, market and process knowledge on Japanese insurance company.
Business development experience in identifying new IT solution provision service, system integration, outsourcing, or consulting service, creating proposals and closing deals for financial clients in insurance industry.
Fluent in both Japanese & English
Experience in selling or creating a large-scale project (i.e., 10+ M USD +/ year), preferably in global context (users, stakeholders, participants, or products).
Effective team management experience (a team of more than 10+ members)
