Media Strategy Manager
Business Overview:
Understand the evolving digital landscape and the marketing needs of companies using various media. Develop media strategies, conduct digital experience analysis, and provide clients with recommendations on integrated and comprehensive communication strategies.
Lead a team to drive projects, coordinating specialists from multiple areas to deliver effective client solutions for both domestic and international clients.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to provide integrated cross-border solutions.
Initial assignment involves secondment to a media hub.
Current focus includes clients in sports, fashion, and FMCG sectors.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience at an advertising or media agency.
Basic understanding of mass media and digital media.
Proficiency with business tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Experience working with clients in sports, fashion, or FMCG.
Experience planning magazine tie-up advertisements.
Language Skills:
Japanese: Business level or higher.
English: Reading and writing proficiency.
Desired Profile:

Excellent communication skills, including client presentations and collaboration with internal and external partners.
