Commercial Excellence Specialist
Overview
This role is responsible for supporting marketing initiatives, digital marketing activities, and broader commercial strategy execution to drive sustainable business growth in Japan. Through the use of business analytics and commercial insights, this position contributes to enhancing organizational performance and effectiveness.
The role reports to the Commercial Excellence leadership team and is part of the Sales Enablement or Marketing Communications function. It is primarily based in Tokyo with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for both on-site and remote work.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, lead, and manage major industry exhibitions and events across Japan
Oversee digital marketing platforms and tools to support lead generation and customer engagement
Develop and execute promotional materials and campaigns to communicate product value
Analyze business performance using data analytics and business intelligence tools
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing communications or a related field
Proficiency in creative tools and software (e.g., Adobe suite or similar)
Preferred
Experience within the healthcare, medical device, or diagnostics industry
Knowledge of business intelligence tools and data analysis
Experience in digital marketing strategies and execution
