Mission
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving brand and business growth by effectively integrating digital strategies across marketing initiatives. The position involves identifying opportunities for business development through digital channels and supporting the brand's transformation by enhancing touchpoints throughout the consumer decision journey. The ultimate goal is to leverage digital tools to deliver measurable marketing results.
Main Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
Define and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with global guidelines.
Oversee and maintain the brand’s website and social media channels.
Manage and track budgets for all digital activities directly handled by the role.
Analyze campaign results, identify business issues, and provide insights for improvement.
Plan and evaluate digital media initiatives with clear KPIs and performance metrics.
Coordinate with third-party media partners and manage media collaborations.
Cross-functional Support
Assist the marketing, PR, and communications teams.
Support event-related digital activities, including influencer engagement and post-event content.
Manage the digital assets and official brand imagery.
Handle requests and logistics for marketing tools provided by headquarters.
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing (including website management and digital campaigns).
Strong understanding of retail business, advertising, media planning, and project coordination.
Hands-on experience in media management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Skills and Knowledge
Effective communication skills.
Strong reading and writing abilities in English (TOEIC score of 700+ is a helpful benchmark).
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, especially for data handling and presentations.
