  • Discover and develop new intersystem and business opportunities

  • Develop relationships and opportunities with enterprise users and business users

  • Develop a strong pipeline of new activities for outside and customer base

  • Provide forecasting on the management team accurately

  • Manage internal sales and administrative processes and any approvals required when its necessary

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to develop solutions for customers

  • Ability to have nationwide travel extensively

  • Maintain internal technical/nontechnical resources to educate and prepare Business Partners with all information


  • More than 7 years of related sales experience with above-quota performance

  • Experience in developing and executing a sales plan successfully

  • Demonstrated experience selling software solutions into diverse vertical markets, primarily the Non-Healthcare Sector

  • Good understanding of Cloud, XaaS, database, interoperability, Big Data, analytics and IoT markets

  • Excellent listening, written and communication skills both in Japanese and English

  • Proven experience in opening and developing new channel accounts through resellers or distributors of software solutions for data-rich industry needs
