Provide strong People Solutions service delivery leadership, planning, and guidance for the development and implementation of effective, and responsive programs which result in a positive, engaged workforce.
Partner with senior leadership team to drive company cultural change.
Lead proactive employee and management communications so that every employee has the necessary information needed to perform to their maximum potential.
Lead Staff engagement plans and implement the company's employee engagement survey process annually to create a highly engaged organization.
Implement consistent strategies for managing People Solutions in Japan using best practice policy/practices, including performance management, compensation, goal setting, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations, in alignment with global practices.
10 + years of progressive leadership experience in People Solutions positions in dynamic, fast-paced organizations. Candidates with experience in third party BPO’s/ customer service companies at leadership level preferred.
Fluency in Japanese and English
Well-versed in each of the People Solutions disciplines – compensation and benefits, payroll, training and development, employee relations and statutory compliance.
Experience leading teams of 25+ staff in a fast moving, tech-driven, hands-on environment.
Experience working with a global, matrix environment with multicultural teams.
Proven ability to identify and independently solve complex problems through the implementation of systems based on industry best practices.
Hands-on experience working with People Solutions systems and modern Office technologies.
