【JOB RESPONSIBILITIES】

  • Support Overseas HR Manager to implement HR strategies or projects from talent acquisition, compensation, staff engagement, people development and HRIS etc.

  • Work as Business Partner to support country manager for all HR-related issues

  • Assist in formulating HR policies and procedures to ensure that they are aligned with local legislation requirements and business goals

  • Participate in developing HR related statistic reports / dashboards to ensure operational efficiency and for future improvement

  • Full support in daily HR activities, including talent sourcing, interview arrangements, pre- and post-onboarding, staff engagement events, HR Handbook & Policies Update as well as data update in HRIS

  • Assist general administration work and other ad hoc assignments

 

【REQUIREMENTS】

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources / Business / Management / Social Sciences or other relevant disciplines

  • 5+ years’ working experiences in full set of HR functions from a sizable company or Multinational Company (MNC)

  • Well-versed in Japan’s Employment Ordinance, Compensation Ordinance, other labor related legislations including the areas of personal data privacy and discrimination

  • Experience in HRIS Projects will be an advantage

  • Good team player, independent and able to work under pressure

  • Strong analytical skills, details-oriented and well-organized

  • Good command of written and spoken English & Japanese

  • Familiar with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Candidates with more working experiences can be considered as Senior HR Officer
